TWO HOUR POLICY!
Our cancellation policy is as followed.
totally understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or change your appointment, just give us a shout at least 2 hours in advance. This way, we can fill the spot with someone else who needs our services too! Remember, our amazing employees are compensated based on the services they provide, so your consideration really helps them out. If you do have to cancel within the 2-hour window, please note that there may be a charge or a no call no show mark. After three no call no shows, we switch to a prepay-only policy.
